Our 8000m2 Central Kitchen was built in 2013 to serve the growing needs of thousands of pilgrims from all over the world every year. However, now we have rapidly evolved to satisfy the needs of our ever increasing client base throughout the year. Our Central Kitchen has a capacity of 120,000 per meal (the equivalent of 360,000 meals per day).
We offer the largest variety of international dishes and, based on your requests, utilise only the most suitable ingredients in all our customized meals. Not only so, but we actually offer a bespoke menu development service so you can be sure to receive a truly personalized experience and a meal worthwhile. All our meals are cooked freshly on-site in our central kitchen in Makkah and are made especially to order.
Furthermore, our Central Kitchen is equipped to the highest standards, with all the latest equipment and our highly trained Chefs and staff follow the most stringent hygiene codes, earning us the HACCP and ISO22000 certificates for kitchen design and safe food handling and storage.
