We are experienced in catering for the following sectors:

a) Hajj Catering

During the Hajj season, we at Alhussam Catering offer a multitude of services to many Hajj campaigns. We offer different types of cuisines that cater for various nationalities and their diverse needs.
In this type of catering we offer three daily meals at the different Holy sites for each pilgrim signed up for the Hajj campaign, as well as around the clock refreshments throughout the Hajj season.

b) Public and Private Sector Contracts

At Alhussam Catering we offer long and short term contracts to our clients who require constant catering services to meet their specific needs.
Through our Public and Private Sector contracts we cater to each client’s requirements to ensure they receive the best in catering services for their business.
This includes catering to: Hotels, Large Corporations, Government bodies as well as Non-Profits and NGOs.

c) Outside Catering

At Alhussam Catering we offer outside catering for both corporate and private events. Whatever your event needs may be, we can provide you with a suitable, professional, efficient and impressive solution.

a) Buffets

We offer an array of hot and cold dishes with our 5* buffet service based on the menu items you select. We also provide:
• On-site world class chefs and kitchen staff
• Trained teams of servers
• Theme design and decoration
• Day-of setup: Tablescaping, Chairs & Covers, Cloth napkins, Serving utensils, Dinnerware, Flatware, Glassware
• Management services

Fees are based on contract type, business sector, number of guests and selected services.

b) Packed meals

Meals on the go are an essential part of our catering service, not all business or occasions can serve buffet style catering to their guests, for these cases, the packed meal service is a great fit.

Packed meals are suitable for Hajj and Umrah Companies, Schools, Trip Organizers and Sports Events e as this unique type of catering is suited to their on-the-go nature.

This service is offered in the following forms:

Hot Meals

This comes as a convenient solution to having a hot meal on-the-go. Each meal pack contains a full course that is precooked and simply requires heating before being served.

Cold Meals

This option serves as the most suitable solution to enjoy a nutritious meal while engaged in other activities, and the option for a warm meal is not available.
Alhussam Catering proudly presents a wide range of healthy balanced Cold Meals to suit the dietary requirements of our guests.

Dry Meals

This meal solution serves dry food options such as bakery items, biscuits, and fruit – ideal as a light meal or snack.
 

c) Bakery goods

We offer a large variety of bakery goods, from handmade breads, bread sticks and croissant, to delicious Danish, muffins and cakes. Our breads can be made into enjoyable sandwiches or eaten as an ideal complement to your meal. Our cakes come in various sizes, from very large to bite-size, ideal for any occasion.

d) Supplying prepped raw materials

At Alhussam Catering we offer restaurants and hotels premium quality prepared food supplies for utilization in their operations. By doing all the hard work for you, such as pealing your onions or cutting your vegetables, we save you lots of time and energy and allow you to do what matters most, cook!
